1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the booqie platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided through our platform. These Terms take effect from the date you register an account or first use any booqie service.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using a bonus, or simply browsing our platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

Booqie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use booqie's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. booqie takes its responsibility seriously to ensure this platform is only used by those who qualify.

• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of such services is permitted under your local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• One Account: Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited.
• Non-Employees: booqie employees, their immediate family members, or any party directly involved in platform operations are not permitted to register as players.

3Registration & Account

The registration process at booqie is designed to be simple and fast, but we still require accurate and complete information from every player. This is not merely a formality — it is part of our commitment to keeping all platform users safe.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, active email address, and any other required information. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur.

An identity verification (KYC) process will be carried out before your first withdrawal or whenever booqie deems it necessary. Required documents may include a copy of your ID, proof of address, and payment method details. KYC is typically completed within 30 minutes on business days.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
• Booqie is not responsible for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your password to a third party.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Booqie supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for player convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated on the payments page.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security review and verification. booqie reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for identity verification purposes before approving any withdrawal. This is a protective measure to ensure funds are only sent to the legitimate account holder.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your booqie account.
• Booqie does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.
• If your bank account is registered under a different name, additional KYC verification may be required.
• Booqie reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

5Bonus & Promotions Policy

Booqie offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on its respective promotions page. The general terms below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified.

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Every bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a RM 50 bonus requires RM 500 in wagering).
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Welcome Bonus: Available to first-time new registrations only. Each account, IP address, device, or payment method is eligible to receive this bonus once only.
• Bonus Usage: Bonus credits are non-transferable, cannot be directly converted to cash, and may only be used for playing on the booqie platform.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the booqie platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited third party. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and fair to all players.

For Live Casino games, real dealers host the games live via high-quality video streaming. Live game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that affected the outcome.

• The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any unresolved bets will be returned to your account balance.
• Booqie reserves the right to void any bets found to have been placed based on technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any form of cheating during gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the date the game in question was played.

7User Conduct & Prohibitions

Booqie expects all users to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner toward all parties on the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt booqie's systems in any way.
• Using unauthorised third-party software, including bots and automated tools.
• Conducting suspicious transactions related to money laundering.
• Communicating in a manner that is offensive, threatening, or harassing toward support staff or other users.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Attempting to manipulate games or exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.

8Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your booqie account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard terms and procedures.

Booqie reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, bonus exploitation, or suspicious activity that compromises platform integrity.
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of closure due to a violation, booqie reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Should the investigation find no breach, the balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

9Liability Limits

Booqie provides a gaming platform built to the highest technical standards; however, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted under all circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, booqie will not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond booqie's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including payment service providers.
• Game outcomes resulting from the player's own free choices.

In all circumstances, booqie's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
